Employment Type : Full-time
Shift Timing : Any 9 hours of Rotational shift
Working Days : 6 days / week with 1 rotational off
About the Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
- Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications
Education : Graduation is mandatory with all the educational documentExperience : Open to both freshers and experienced candidatesLanguages : Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and EnglishTyping Skills : Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy (5-minute test)Required Skills
