- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, evergreen IT strategies, ITSM automation, AIOps, and analytics.
- Ability to align technology capabilities to business value and workforce experience outcomes.
Consultative Collaboration Skills
Exceptional client-facing communication, advisory, and workshop facilitation skills.Ability to build cross-functional consensus and lead complex solution initiatives.Experience enabling go-to-market efforts and creating growth opportunities through portfolio innovation.Technology Proficiency
Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or similar ITSM / Cloud platforms.Working knowledge of AIOps, self-healing systems, agentic automation, and predictive analytics.Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform rationalization strategies.Certifications Education
Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.Certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or AIOps frameworks preferred.Skills Required
