Position

Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location : Chakan, Pune (Nearby candidates preferred)

Type : Full-time, On-site

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will manage client interactions, promote real estate projects, conduct site visits, and drive conversions. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, market understanding, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and convince prospective clients by understanding their requirements.
  • Promote project offerings through structured outreach and marketing activities.
  • Share new property listings with clients from the database and manage lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct site visits and live demonstrations to explain project features and benefits.
  • Manage property showings and guide clients through the buying process.
  • Assist clients with pricing, documentation, market conditions, and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain updated property listings and remain aware of local market trends.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in sales; real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Good follow-up discipline and client-handling ability.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business / Marketing or related field).
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
