Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in Hosur. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders and requisitions, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, sourcing suppliers, and maintaining accurate documentation and records for purchasing operations. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness is a key aspect of the job.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in generating and handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
• Comprehensive understanding of Purchase Management and Procurement processes
• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to manage relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills to maintain accurate purchasing records
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools related to procurement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience within the manufacturing or cabling industry is preferred
