• ????What you'll do :
• Manage Product Lifecycle : Drive end-to-end development and management of PPI and Wallet products, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements.
• Ensure Compliance : Adhere to RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and other regulatory requirements.
• Define Product Roadmap : Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Optimize Processes : Document and improve transaction flows, settlements, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with technology, operations, compliance, finance, and business teams.
• Conduct Market Research : Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for product enhancements.
• Track Performance : Monitor KPIs such as adoption, volumes, and user engagement.
• Manage Partnerships : Coordinate with banks, issuers, and technology partners for integrations.
• Prepare Documentation : Create PRDs, workflows, and product collateral.
• ???? What we're looking for :
• Experience : 2–3 years of product management experience in digital payments, PPI, or wallet products.
• Regulatory Knowledge : Strong working knowledge of RBI regulations, PPI frameworks, and KYC / AML guidelines.
• Transaction Management : Experience in defining and managing transaction states, fund flows, and settlement mechanisms.
• Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and with external ecosystem partners.
• Skills : Strong analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication : Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical Aptitude : Technical appreciation of API-based integrations, mobile apps, and payment system architecture is a plus.

Preferred Background

• Experience : Prior experience in digital payments, wallets, fintech, or regulated financial services.
• Payment Modes : Exposure to multiple payment modes including UPI and cards.
• Specialized Experience : Experience in merchant solutions or corporate prepaid programs.
• Education : Qualification is open, with emphasis on proven product management expertise in the payments ecosystem.
