We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their mutual fund investments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
