Department : Engineering & Planning ( PPCES )

Coordinates With : Production, QA, Technical Services, and Supply Chain

Objective :

To plan and monitor daily and weekly maintenance activities, ensuring optimal manpower and resource utilization for efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare daily / weekly plans and task dashboards.
• Calculate man-hours and support manpower resource allocation.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Issue and control task cards and ERP-linked work orders.
• To make sure pre-loads are checked and confirmed as per tasks assigned.
