Job Title : Professor of Nursing (Teaching and Dual Role)

Position Summary :

Subharti University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Professor of Nursing, to join our esteemed faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and / or graduate nursing courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in education, scholarship, and service.

Qualifications : Required :

• Earned doctorate (Ph.D. or DNP) in Nursing or a closely related field is mandatory (Specialised Branch - Ph.D. in Medical Surgical Nursing / Pediatrics Nursing / Mental Health Nursing)
• Current, unrestricted RN license (or eligibility for licensure in [State]).
• Significant teaching experience in teaching of PG students.
• A record of scholarly publications and research contributions.
• Experience with curriculum development and accreditation processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.
