Job Description
- This person will be closely working with the founders and the leadership team to develop and execute the company's HR strategy aligned with business goals and scaling needs
- Lead global talent acquisition and onboarding across tech, product, GTM, and operations functions
- Build and maintain a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture
- Design and implement performance management, career development, and learning programs
- Set up and manage HR operations, systems, and compliance across multiple geographies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations in the US, EMEA, and India
- Provide HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
The Successful Applicant
- 7-13 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in high-growth tech or SaaS companies
- Experience of working with a smaller setup or start-up is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build HR functions from the ground up and operate independently
- Experience managing HR operations across the US, EMEA, and India
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements in these regions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
- Passion for people, culture, and building scalable, high-performance organizations
