Role Overview :
As a Founding SDR , youll be at the heart of our sales efforts, driving both inbound and outbound strategies. Youll collaborate closely with Founders and Product / Tech teams to align customer feedback with our product roadmap. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Sales Initiatives : Build and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with Founders : Work closely with Founders and Tech / Product teams to align sales insights with product development.
- Brand Advocacy : Represent our AI SaaS platform, building awareness and generating opportunities for Founders to close deals.
- Multi-Channel Outreach : Leverage cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, gifting, and social selling to engage potential clients.
- Lead Nurturing : Identify and nurture warm leads, continuously exploring new sales opportunities.
- Inbound Management : Handle inbound demo requests efficiently, ensuring prospects are excited to learn more.
- Prospect Qualification : Research and qualify prospects, focusing on ideal customer profiles.
- Tailored Solutions : Understand client needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals.
- Process Optimization : Refine and enhance our lead generation playbook with best practices.
- Relationship Building : Build lasting relationships with prospects, transforming them into long-term clients.
- Sales Tools Management : Select and implement sales tools to optimize efficiency and results.
- Reporting : Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, wins, and learnings for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelors degree is required; MBA is preferred.Experience : 2+ years of Sales Development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS targeting the US market.Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across LinkedIn, phone, and email.Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.Tech Proficiency : Expertise in tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and intent data platforms.Ambition & Growth Mindset : Passion for building a career in sales or customer success within the AI / SaaS space.What We Offer :
