Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Associate to drive growth through strategic brand collaborations. This role is for a proactive professional who thrives in relationship-building, pitching, closing high-value deals, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will serve as the key liaison between brands and our influencer ecosystem, ensuring partnerships are strategic, innovative, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand clients.
  • Identify, pitch, and execute new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement marketing strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring satisfaction and smooth execution.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to refine strategies.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends to offer innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in brand partnerships, influencer sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
  • Strong network in brands, marketing, and influencer spaces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in influencer marketing is a strong plus.
