Job descriptionPrior experience in Level 2 production support for AI / ML or GenAI platforms Familiarity with vLLM KServe or similar model serving frameworks Experience supporting no-code / low-code platforms or tools Understanding of AI / GenAI concepts prompt engineering and agent frameworks Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers Experience with GitOps practices and CI / CD pipelines
Job Title : Level 2 Production Support Engineer GenAI Platform
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Kubernetes cluster operations and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK stack Jaeger or similar)
- Experience with cloud-native platforms (vanilla K8s) and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with incident management and escalation processes
- Proficiency in analyzing logs and system metrics for diagnosis
- Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
Nice to have experience
