Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will :

• Lead and Mentor : Guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation, AI-driven innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Infrastructure Design and Optimization : Design, implement, and optimize scalable and secure infrastructure across OpenShift, AKS, and GCP environments.
• Containerization and Orchestration : Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• ElasticSearch Administration : Install, configure, and manage ElasticSearch clusters for high availability and performance.
• Java Framework Deployment : Deploy and configure Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Apache Tomcat) to support reliable application development and operations.
• AI-Driven Automation : Automate DevOps workflows using Python scripting, integrating AI-driven automation for improved efficiency.
• CI / CD Pipeline Management : Build and maintain AI-enhanced CI / CD pipelines, ensuring seamless, high-quality, and rapid software releases using Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, and ArgoCD.
• Monitoring and Alerting : Implement AI-powered monitoring and alerting systems with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and ELK Stack for proactive issue detection.
• Cloud Cost Optimization : Utilize AI-driven insights to optimize cloud costs, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising performance.
• Security and Compliance : Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, particularly in banking and financial systems.
• Hybrid Operations Management : Manage and integrate on-premise applications with cloud-based solutions for seamless hybrid operations.
• Infrastructure Automation : Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and scaling using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to align DevOps processes with business and product goals.
