• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management with a focus on CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Orchestration and Event Management
• Proven experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions in complex environments
• Technical Skills
• Deep understanding of ITOM tools and technologies particularly in the ServiceNow platform or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Proficiency in scripting languages eg Python PowerShell and automation tools
• well versed with ServiceNow scripting creation of custom patterns tag based Discovery
• Experience in resolving Discovery issues coordinating with various infra teams
• Working experience in Service Maps Experience in creating pattern based tag based service maps Experience in writing custom patterns
