HR Manager(8+ Yrs Exp)

Key Responsibilities :

• HR Strategy & Compliance :  Develop and oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with  labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations .
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment :  Manage the  HR recruitment team , oversee job postings on  job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) , and ensure timely hiring.
• Payroll & HRMS Management :  Oversee  payroll processing, salary structures, and HRMS application  implementation and maintenance.
• Performance & Employee Engagement :  Implement  performance appraisal systems , foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Training & Development :  Assess training needs and implement relevant employee development programs.
• People Management :  Lead and mentor HR team members, handle  employee relations , resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Compensation & Benefits :  Maintain  pay plans, benefits programs, and employee welfare initiatives .
• HR Metrics & Reporting :  Provide decision support to management through HR analytics and reports.
• Workplace Safety & Culture :  Uphold workplace safety standards and promote a positive work environment.
