Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Bhubaneswar. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, answering inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and providing support for financial services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up with leads, updating client information, and coordinating with the wealth management team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve client queries efficiently
• Experience in customer service or telecalling, preferably in the financial sector
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant technology
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Commitment to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of client information
• Experience with wealth management or financial services is a plus
• Graduate degree in any discipline
