Job Objective :
To lead and expand the company's international sales network by identifying new market opportunities, managing overseas clients and partners, ensuring smooth export operations, and driving consistent growth in global revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sourcing Opportunities & Market Development
- Identify and source overseas buyers through online databases, B2B platforms, digital marketing, and global trade directories.
- Send professional emailers and sales pitches to initiate interest and generate leads.
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint overseas Sales Agents for market representation and order generation.
- Develop and onboard new dealers, distributors, and business partners in key international markets to expand brand presence.
2. Strategic Sales & Business Growth
Formulate and implement effective export sales strategies based on market potential and company objectives.Set and monitor international sales targets, ensuring consistent performance across geographies.Explore untapped markets and introduce company offerings through tailored go-to-market strategies.3. Client & Channel Partner Management
Maintain strong relationships with international buyers, agents, and distribution networks.Handle price negotiations, contract finalization, and commercial terms.Regularly interact with partners to understand market needs, offer product training, and improve service levels.4. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Monitor sales performance, forecast trends, and present regular reports to management.Analyze competitors' activities and global market movements to stay ahead of trends.Recommend product adaptations or customizations based on international feedback and demand.Key Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's in International Business / Marketing / Commerce. MBA preferred.
Experience : 3-8 years in export sales; experience in the furniture, home dcor is Strong global sourcing and sales lead generation capabilities
