• Recruit, develop, and manage insurance agents / agency partners.
• Achieve sales targets for life / general insurance products.
• Provide product, sales, and compliance training to agents.
• Drive agent activation, retention, and productivity.
• Conduct regular field visits and business review meetings.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies.
