Responsibilities :
- manage affiliate partners : acquisition, negotiations, and traffic optimization;
- analyze channels and performance metrics, prepare reports;
- develop and launch retention campaigns, player segmentation;
- work with bonuses, promotions, reactivation, and LTV growth;
- jointly optimize the acquisition and retention funnel.
Requirements :
experience in iGaming in either affiliate or retention roles;understanding of traffic economics and retention mechanics;strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools;negotiation skills and a creative approach to campaigns.We offer :
