Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Engineer, based in Noida with flexibility for some remote work. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in designing, testing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components, with a focus on electric motors and machine design. Responsibilities include using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to develop innovative solutions and Running CFD simulations to calculate parameters such as load, stress, heat, tolerance also collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage projects, and contributing to Research and Development (R&D) for cutting-edge advancements in the aerospace and mobility sectors. You will also engage in problem-solving and ensure high standards of product quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in Machine Design and Assemblies.
• Proficient in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for 3D modeling, Rendering and (CFD) simulations
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex design and engineering initiatives
• Hands-on experience in Research and Development (R&D) for advanced engineering projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus
• Familiarity with electric motor technology and sustainable mobility solutions is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
