Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Dynamic Deal Guidance (DDG) Support Analyst to join our Pricing & Deal Strategy team. This role is critical to maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our Alteryx-based Dynamic Deal Guidance tool, which provides real-time pricing insights to our global sales organization.

Maintain and update Dynamic Deal Guidance tool data, logic, thresholds, and business rules on a quarterly release cycle using Alteryx.

Manage the internal help desk for sales and revenue teams, responding to tool-related inquiries and providing timely issue resolution.

Monitor adoption and usage trends, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with sales enablement to drive adoption.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tool functionality or data integrity.

Partner with Pricing and IT to evolve tool functionality and support business goals.

Create and maintain documentation of tool configurations, workflows, and known issues.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or analytics roles.

Hands-on experience with Alteryx , SQL, or similar data workflow platforms preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset.

Ability to translate business needs into tool enhancements or support actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
