About the Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Pricing Analyst based in India to join our global pricing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex pricing challenges, modeling monetization strategies, and influencing how we go to market.

You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders in Product, Sales, and Finance to help develop, evaluate, and evolve our SaaS, perpetual, and hybrid pricing models , while supporting the buildout of scalable pricing infrastructure.

This position is remote-friendly within India, with optional access to our Bangalore office for team collaboration.

Support the design and evolution of strategic pricing frameworks across product lines and customer segments

Partner with global pricing leaders to shape go-to-market pricing strategy , including new product pricing, bundling, and monetization levers

Model and analyze pricing scenarios to support business cases and product launches

Evaluate the competitive pricing landscape and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Contribute to the development of pricing governance , policies, and internal pricing tools

Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to drive price realization and support annual pricing reviews

Support ongoing alignment of pricing strategy with commercial goals and customer value delivery

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in strategic pricing, monetization, or business analytics , ideally in a B2B software environment

Proven ability to model and assess pricing structures (e.g., subscription, usage-based, value-based)

Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI ; familiarity with pricing / financial modeling techniques

Exposure to SaaS pricing or hybrid software pricing strongly preferred

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and curiosity for how pricing impacts growth

Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional, fast-paced environment
