Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager CRM - Real Estate, located in New Delhi. The General Manager CRM will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include :
On Boarding Documentation for buyers such as Builder Buyer agreement
Receivables from Buyers after coordinating with the construction team on time lines
Providing specific Instructions and needs of buyers to the construction team
Preparing documents for registering the property
Filing all documents in hard files and digital files.
Experience in using and managing CRM systems, client communications, and customer relationship management.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputed developer
Worked with the top 20 developers of India.
