JD :

This is a leadership role and client facing position

The candidate must have experience in high rise residential project

Have completed a full lifecycle of a project in the last 7 years

Have experience in D-wall Pile Raft foundation mivan shuttering

Have to manage trained and motivate the team i.e a team player

Have knowledge of the process of project execution

Have knowledge of QA / QC Budget Bill Tender Planning Schedule Safety etc

Prepare the DPR / WPR / MPR

Knowledge of AutoCAD MSP MS Office
