The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple stores / outlets within a designated area. This role requires ensuring sales targets are achieved, operations are smooth, customer service is maintained at high standards, and company policies are followed. The Area Manager will lead, train, and motivate store teams to deliver strong business results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily operations of all stores in the assigned area.
Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Ensure proper visual merchandising, stock levels, and product availability.
Monitor store performance through sales reports, KPIs, and regular visits.
Build, train, and develop store staff for better productivity and customer service.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.
Implement marketing, promotional, and operational strategies as directed by management.
Maintain discipline, compliance, and adherence to company policies across all stores.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
Report area performance and key updates to senior management regularly.
Achieving Spsf of the stores compare to category performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in Retail / SIS / Distribution.
Prior experience in handling multiple stores / branches / territories is preferred.
