Core Objective :
To build and scale Mayskin’s social media presence across platforms by leading content strategy, creating engaging and high-quality brand-aligned content, and owning the visual and verbal identity of the brand online.
📍 This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune. Candidates must be located in Pune.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Creative & Influencer Management
- Oversee all incoming content from influencers and creators, ensuring briefs and timelines are met.
- Provide direction, references, and moodboards to align content with Mayskin’s aesthetic and marketing goals.
- Review influencer content for quality, storytelling, and adaptability for both organic and paid campaigns.
2. Content Writing & Strategy
Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, captions, campaign messaging, and influencer scripts.Maintain a consistent brand voice that feels conversational, science-backed, and relatable.Work on campaign storylines, launch copy, and messaging frameworks for all social media assets.3. Brand Identity & Creative Direction
Guide the graphic designer and video editor on creative execution - layouts, tone, and storytelling.Uphold Mayskin’s unique identity across visuals and messaging;actively avoid overlapswith competitors.
Maintain a central content bank for seamless coordination with the growth and performance teams.4. Social Media Planning & Publishing
Build and manage monthly content calendars for launches, education, and storytelling.Publish across platforms with optimized captions and keywords.Identify top-performing formats and iterate using insights.5. Community & Engagement
Manage DMs, comments, mentions, and tags - ensuring a friendly and engaging brand presence.Lead interactions through stories, polls, Q&As, and BTS moments to deepen audience connection.6. Collaboration & Marketing Integration
Work with the Growth Manager to ensure creative alignment across campaigns.Repurpose content for email, WhatsApp, website, and influencer partnerships.Work Experience :
2–4 years of experience managing and growing social media for a D2C brand (preferably beauty, skincare, or lifestyle).Experience in writing social-first content with strong visual and tonal consistency.Skilled at coordinating with designers, editors, and influencers to bring campaigns to life.Strong understanding of storytelling, brand positioning, and premium aesthetics.
