Job descriptionSoft Skills : Excellent Written, Verbal and Non-Verbal communication skills. Ability to convince with good conflict and dispute management skills. Ability to review to contractual documents like SOW's, create documentation [Runbooks and SOP's], create Network Schema, PPT for reviews and generate various reports for reactive, proactive, and predictive analysis. Ability to quickly learn new, unfamiliar and emerging technologies. Should also have ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of customer and Wipro Organization. Should be a self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be flexible and dependable, as necessary Ready to work in 24 7 shift environments(Rotational Basis)
Hiring for Network Lead Admin - L3
Experience : 7-13 Years
Locations : Hyderabad / Pune
Proficient in DHCP, DNS and lifecycle management of Infoblox.
- Primary skill needed is Infoblox at L3 / SME level(only).
- Working knowledge on Akamai CDN and Akamai WAF is an added advantage.
- Plan, test, and implement changes to the DDI infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot DNS and network-related issues with clear documentation and best practices.
- Deliver consistent communication and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades and deploys Infoblox physical / VM appliances & NTP hardware.
- Configure and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Work on Incidents, Changes, RITMS etc on SNOW.
