Lead Network Developer (Immediate Start)

They are seeking a skilled software developer with a strong understanding of networking technologies to join their Platform Engineering team, based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. This is a hands-on technical role within a cross-functional team, focused on software development to support infrastructure engineering projects and on maintaining and enhancing the firm's technology platforms.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day

• Lead projects involving research and development to evaluate appropriate technologies.
• Resolve application and data issues in production within defined timelines.
• Drive full project lifecycles-from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Design, implement, and manage the firm's network automation infrastructure in collaboration with other IT Infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to engineering projects and provide tier 2 / 3 operational support to improve configurability, observability, supportability, and reliability of the enterprise technology environment.
• Develop, support, and maintain automation tools to enable network engineers to work more efficiently.
• Upgrade and / or redesign existing infrastructure to enhance performance and stability.
