About the role
We’re looking for an organized and tech-friendly IT Support Associate to help manage our internal tools, support day-to-day software operations, and assist team members with basic technical issues. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in IT and SaaS support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and provisioning access for SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.).
- Provide L1 support for basic software and system issues across Windows / macOS / mobile devices.
- Handle account setup, password resets, permissions changes, and general troubleshooting.
- Monitor and support basic IT policies like MFA, SSO, password protocols, and device security.
- Log and track tickets, maintain documentation, and update internal IT records.
- Help with installation, configuration, and onboarding of new tools and applications.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to understand issues and provide timely resolution.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in IT support, customer support, or a related technical role (internship experience is welcome).Basic understanding of SaaS tools, user accounts, and system troubleshooting.Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.Good communication, patience, and problem-solving attitude.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.Willingness to learn and explore automation or improvements over time.
