Job Summary
The Lead Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming leads,
ensuring timely follow-up, supporting the sales team with lead
distribution, and maintaining accurate tracking in CRM systems. This
role acts as the connection between marketing, sales, and customer
service teams to ensure smooth operations and improved conversion rates.
Requirement :
MIS & Reporting : Maintain, validate, and update sales data (leads,
demos, conversions) with 100% accuracy on CRM and reporting dashboards.
CRM Management : Ensure data hygiene and alignment and tools.
Sales Performance Tracking : Prepare and circulate weekly / monthly
reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Coordination & Support : Work closely with ASMs, operations, and channel
partners to streamline communication, order updates, and follow-ups.
Process Improvement : Identify data or coordination gaps and recommend
improvements to strengthen efficiency and visibility.

Are organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Are proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and familiar with CRM tools
(Zoho / Odoo preferred).
Have an ownership mindset and curiosity to learn and improve systems.
Qualification :
Graduate in any discipline (Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred).
1–2 years of experience or internship in sales coordination, MIS, or
customer service preferred.
