Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join with one of our clients in Chennai. This full-time position is based in Pallavaram, Chennai, Tambaram and requires a committed individual with mid-level expertise in the accounts domain. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for managing key accounts and financial processes within the company, contributing to our overall business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in managing accounts and financial operations effectively within a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Tally (Mandatory skill), with a strong understanding of its application in processing transactions and managing financial records.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable (Mandatory skill) processes and the ability to manage vendor accounts efficiently.
• Experience in managing accounts receivable (Mandatory skill), including invoicing clients and ensuring timely payments.
• Strong analytical skills accompanied by attention to detail, essential for accurate reporting and audit compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams ensuring alignment and timely resolution of financial issues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and support various projects concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving skills, enabling quick identification and resolution of discrepancies in financial transactions or records.
