After proving the model at Jindal Global University (15,000+ students), we're now scaling nationally to reach 500,000 students by FY33 — and we're bringing onboard a Head of Corporate Partnerships who can take this mission to India Inc.

Your role : to help India's best universities, corporates, and foundations invest in the next generation's mental resilience — and pay for it.
What You'll Do
1. Build the Business
- Lead the national partnership strategy for Sukoon On Campus — from identifying high-value B2B prospects to closing paid partnerships with universities, corporations, and government bodies.
- Design the corporate product portfolio — including 'Educate–Detect–Treat' packages, resilience training, digital screening modules, and Sukoon-led employee / student mental-health programs.
- Create tiered models (flagship, scaled, hybrid) for different client sizes and budgets.
2. Drive Paying Partners
Convert interest into contracts. Hit ambitious quarterly revenue targets.Build pipelines with HR heads, CSR leads, CHROs, and DEI officers of major corporates.Partner with Sukoon's growth and data teams to design ROI-backed impact reports for clients.Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle : prospecting → pitch → proposal → contracting → renewal.3. Develop Cohort-Specific Products
Work closely with Sukoon's clinical and product teams to tailor offerings for :Corporate cohorts – workforce resilience, burnout prevention, and EAP alternativesUniversity cohorts – student wellbeing, faculty sensitisation, early detectionFoundations & CSR arms – large-scale, measurable impact programs for youth mental healthContinuously refine the commercial and clinical proposition based on partner data and outcomes.4. Shape the Sukoon Brand in the Market
Represent Sukoon On Campus at conferences, HR summits, and mental-health forums.Co-create content with marketing and PR to position Sukoon as the gold standard of mental-health partnerships in India.Benchmark against competitors like Amaha, Wysa, and 1to1Health to ensure Sukoon stays ahead on science, product design, and storytelling.5. Build and Lead a Partnerships Team
Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team of partnership managers and analysts.Set KPIs around partner retention, upsells, and renewal rates.Foster a culture that combines empathy with execution — clinically credible, commercially sharp.Who You Are
8–12 years' experience in B2B partnerships, enterprise sales, or CSR consulting , preferably in healthtech, edtech, or mental-health sectors.Proven track record of closing seven-figure (₹) partnerships with corporates or universities.Deep understanding of mental-health or wellbeing products (bonus if you've sold or built EAP, CBT, or digital health programs).Sharp communicator with executive presence — can hold a conversation with a CHRO, a VC, or a Vice Chancellor.Data-driven, tech-first, outcome-oriented.A builder's mindset : ready to work fast, learn faster, and scale what works.Why Sukoon
