Qualification : CS Qualified

Position : Manager

Job Responsibility

Incorporation of companies LLPs Firms.

Advice and opinions on corporate and FEMA related matters.

Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act FEMA and other corporate laws

Preparing corporate documents in compliance with secretarial standards

Communicates with clients independently.

Good hold on provisions of the Companies Act 2013 mainly on Incorporation Strike off Private 2013 mainly on Incorporation Strike off Private Placement Corporate Social Responsibility .

Experience of FEMA Annual Returns FCGPR FCTRS filing

• SKILLS

Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be

familiar with Companies Ordinance rules and

regulations of regulatory bodies.

Excellent communication interpersonal skills Drafting & Writing Skills.
