What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end paid media across Google, Meta & more—prospecting, retargeting, automation.
• Manage budgets to deliver stellar ROI and efficient CAC.
• Run A / B tests, landing-page tweaks, and conversion-rate optimisation.
• Analyse & report performance via easy-to-digest dashboards; surface insights that move the needle.
• Collaborate with leadership on funnel improvements and growth roadmaps.
• Stay ahead of performance-marketing trends and technologies.
