Key Responsibilities :
1. Campaign Strategy, Planning, and Execution
○ Develop, execute, and scale high-impact, multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, programmatic platforms, and other relevant channels.
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall business goals, brand strategies, and product launches.
○ Build out targeted and personalized ad experiences for different audience segments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
2. Performance Optimization & Testing
○ Lead regular A / B and multivariate testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance and minimize acquisition costs.
○ Analyze campaign data, report insights, and recommend actionable strategies to improve KPIs such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
○ Use analytical tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms, to monitor and refine campaign performance continuously.
3. Budget Management & ROI Maximization
○ Oversee and manage substantial ad budgets across multiple platforms, optimizing allocations based on performance data to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
