Key Accountabilities :
- Act as the lead legal advisor for Labour and employment for cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and HR. Your guidance will be essential in aligning business objectives with legal integrity . Stay ahead of legal changes / laws, to proactively mitigate risk and guide internal teams toward full compliance.
- Enforce compliance by drafting and negotiating labor and employment contracts that adhere to all legal and regulatory mandates. You will lead negotiations with internal / external parties to secure favorable terms for the companys.
- Manage and resolve employment disputes and investigations and law related matters / case
- Identify and eliminate legal risks related to labour and employment across business operations and contracts. Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to shield the company from liability .
- Implement a centralized contract management system and enforce strict processes for the entire contract lifecycle. You will be accountable for tracking obligations and critical dates to ensure zero lapses.

First and foremost, you must ha ve deep, specialized knowledge of labor and employment law . LLB with 6-9 years of experience will be preferred.Your ability to interpret and apply these complex laws is non-negotiable.
