Software Development Team Lead - Xamarin

Job descriptionProvide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team : Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in project planning and status meetings to ensure alignment with company : Minimum 5+ years of experience in Xamarin. Strong leadership and technical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related to Have : Experience with cloud-based services (e.g. Azure, AWS). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker). Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g. HIPAA, PCI-DSS). Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g. NUnit, xUnit).
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead with a strong background in Xamarin to lead our software development activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Xamarin and possess excellent leadership, technical, and
communication skills.
Key Responsibilities : Leadership :
- Develop complex software components using Xamarin.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior developers.
- Advise developers on best methods of software development and code Management :
- Lead software development activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software and Testing :
- Develop interfaces and drivers for hardware devices, software platforms, and data exchange.
- Test and debug software to ensure high-quality and error-free products.
- Monitor and modify development work to ensure resulting software meets established goals.
