Job Description

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator with working knowledge of DevOps tools, AWS cloud infrastructure, and Linux systems , who can also provide support for hardware-level troubleshooting and infrastructure setup. This is a hybrid role that requires hands-on technical expertise across both software and hardware systems to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient deployment processes. Experience Required : 0.6months to 1.5years Communication Skills : Good Key Responsibilities : Hardware & IT Infrastructure Support :

• Perform system installations, upgrades, and hardware diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot network devices, desktop / laptop issues, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain inventory and perform periodic checks on physical IT assets.
• Support office / remote setups including VPN, firewalls, routers, and access points.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and repairs of hardware components.
