Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Morbi for an Export Coordinator. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for handling export documentation, coordinating with customers and ensuring effective communication, managing ocean freight processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing export documents, liaising with shipping companies, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Export Documentation and understanding of Export processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Knowledge of Ocean freight management
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in the tile or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
