Key Responsibilities

• Timely planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions
• Open to travel on ground and execute fieldwork when assigned
• People, assets, and collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions.
• Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and head office
• Ensure field surveyors are equipped with necessary tools, documents, and instructions as per project plan
• Assist in onboarding and training of new field surveyors
• Address and resolve any operational issues or delays in the field
• Publishing reports, alerts, and dashboards as per project
• Driving cost and timelines in the assigned projects
• Regular coordination and feedback to the field team (surveyors) to take corrective actions on gaps identified and corrective action plan
• Identify process gaps, suggest and implement process improvement
• Analyzing new trends in the market and developing new features around them.
• To manage and support our team of field surveyors & field visit & observe, Coaching & Mentoring Surveyors.
