A banquet manager plans and oversees events like banquets, weddings, and conferences. They are responsible for the front-of-house activities, including the layout of the venue, food and beverage service, and staff management.
Only Mumbai candidature will be considered.
Hotel / Hospitality / Banquet Experience is must.
Responsibilities
Planning
: Plan the layout of the venue, including the setup for food and beverage services.
Staff management
: Hire and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and chefs
Communication
: Communicate with clients, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders
Problem solving
: Anticipate potential problems and prevent them from occurring
Leadership
: Manage and motivate a team, delegate responsibilities, and make quick decisions
Event coordination
: Coordinate food and beverage delivery, and ensure that events meet or exceed client expectations. Oversee décor, layouts, placements and factors that add to the look and feel of the venue.
Guest Satisfaction :
Take care of the special requests and queries that come from the guests
Food & Beverage :
Monitor the food and beverages section efficiently as a banquet service manager
