FP&A Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to drive strategic financial initiatives and provide critical insights to our executive leadership team.

  • Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire organization, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial results.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive SaaS metrics reporting, including ARR, churn, LTV / CAC, and unit economics, to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities, driving revenue and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare monthly board packages and present financial results to executive leadership, providing actionable insights to drive business performance.
  • Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment prioritization, leveraging advanced Excel / Google Sheets and SQL skills.
  • Lead variance analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Key Requirements :

  • 5-10 years of FP&A experience, with 3+ years in SaaS / subscriptions businesses, possessing a deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV / CAC, cohort analysis).
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and SQL skills, with experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI tools (Tableau / Looker preferred).
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with MBA or CFA designation a plus.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience at high-growth SaaS companies ($10M-$100M ARR), with familiarity with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
  • Familiarity with planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) and Python / R programming skills.
