What You’ll Do

• Hire for a broad range of roles across the advertising services spectrum — including creative, media, strategy, planning, social, ORM, content, production, and post
• Work closely with business and team leads to understand hiring needs and deliver with speed and quality
• Build talent pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates — because a good recruiter is also a great listener
• Prioritize candidate experience — timely updates, respectful conversations, and a process that feels human
• Keep the hiring engine running smoothly — organized, updated, and always a step ahead
