About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Marketer who loves telling stories through content.
This is a creator-first role — you'll be spending time shooting, editing, and publishing content. Alongside that, you'll also gain exposure to campaign planning, influencer management, and marketing strategy as your skills and experience grow.
If you're someone who enjoys experimenting with new ideas, has an eye for creativity, and wants to build a strong portfolio while deepening your marketing skills, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production of content — from static visuals and designs to reels and short-form videos : covering research, ideation, shooting, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Spot and adapt trends, memes, and hooks — backed by ongoing content research and competitor analysis to keep our brand voice fresh and relevant.
- Develop, plan, and execute campaign strategies across multiple channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, and more).
- Be bold in experimenting with new creative ideas that strengthen brand identity and shape engaging narratives.
- Manage outreach and collaborations with influencers, freelancers, and other professionals as needed.
- Use analytics to inform what's working, double down on winning formats, and optimise publishing cadence.
- Devise plans and strategies to grow the brand's online presence and engage with our community.
You're a Great Fit If You
Can shoot / edit on your own using your phone with basic gear.Have an eye for creativity and detail, with the ability to capture candid moments of customers, food, and vibe.Know how to build content that hooks - whether it's a static visual, a 3-second scroll-stopper or a complete reel that tells a story.Are comfortable with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc., and with basic video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc. — or have the ability and eagerness to pick them up quickly.Are willing to work in fast-paced, early-stage environments with high autonomy.What this Role Offers
