About the Role :

As an Electrical & Wet Fire Sales Estimator & Manager, you’ll be responsible for quoting, estimating, and securing wet fire protection service works across an established and growing client base. Your goal? Exceed monthly sales targets by providing accurate, on-time quotes and delivering outstanding customer service.

Engage with clients to discover, agree, and confirm their requirements

Prepare estimates professionally & ethically within agreed timeframes

Proactively follow up on sales leads and provide forecasting of potential orders

Build and maintain strong relationships with the operations & sales teams

Manage your sales pipeline effectively and ensure consistent wins

Keep accurate records in CRM (Simpro)

What You’ll Need to Succeed :

Proven experience in sales estimating within electrical, wet fire, or a related field

Ability to manage a high performing team

Strong sales and business development skills with a results-driven approach

Knowledge of wet fire systems (e.g. sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels), and compliance standards

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented environment

Proficiency with CRM systems (Simpro preferred)
