The Role
As a Senior TAM you will be the strategic technical advisor and escalation point for enterprise customers responsible for helping to drive our key customers to production. You will build trusted relationships with engineering and senior stakeholders aligning CockroachDBs capabilities with the customers long-term technical and business goals. This role demands deep technical expertise strong business acumen and the ability to drive value across complex customer environments.
You Will
The Expectations
In your first 30 days : You will gain deep familiarity with CockroachDB and our enterprise customer base. Youll begin engaging with key accounts and participate in strategic planning sessions.
By 90 days : You will independently own a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts serve as the primary strategic advisor and lead initiatives across Customer Engineering.
