We are currently seeking a Service Repair Technician to join our team in Jandakot, WA. The Service Repair Technician will effectively diagnose, and repair returned products in accordance with the company manufacturer’s warranty and AU regulations to support best in class customer experience.

Reporting to the Milwaukee Service Centre Manager your duties will include :

  • Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis
  • Delivering quality repairs within a timely manner
  • Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible
  • Monitor repair trends and identify stock and spare parts requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures
  • Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

Skills and experience required :

  • Restricted electrical license or appliance electrical testing licence an advantage, but not essential
  • A strong technical / mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
  • A strong technical aptitude with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work to set KPI’s and self-manage time
  • Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
