Job Description

• Financial Planning and Analysis : Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the EPC division, including project-specific financial models.
• Project Finance : Manage and execute project financing, including fundraising, deal structuring, and financial closure.
• Financial Modelling : Conduct financial modelling and analysis of projects to assess profitability and viability.
• Budget Management : Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and control, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Tax Compliance : Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws and regulations.
• Treasury Management : Manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships.
• Auditing : Lead and oversee audit planning and execution.
• Team Leadership : Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Strategic Financial Planning : Contribute to the overall financial strategy of the EPC business.

The Successful Applicant

• Education : CA, CFA, or equivalent degree.
• Experience : 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector, with project finance experience.
• Knowledge : Solid knowledge of project finance, financial modelling, fundraising, and deal structuring.
• Skills : Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Other : Ability to lead and manage teams, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
