Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

• Lead arbitration and dispute resolution efforts, including pre-litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, and structuring favorable terms in settlements thereby managing the company's position in the arbitration proceedings.
• Provide strategic direction for managing legal disputes and advise senior management on the optimal course of action in litigation and arbitration. Advise on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, including mediation and conciliation, to avoid protracted litigation and ensure quicker resolutions.
