Job / Position Summary

" Job Responsibilities Do Technical RCA of Problems and Systemic Improvements Create Software Architecture and review Project Level Technical workflows Do Project Level Technical Impact Analysis of Changes Assess and Improve Team Training and Competency Review design and performance optimization Review estimates of tasks and functions in projects Review Technical approach, estimation, technical risks, and solution of proposals Convert customer requirements to software requirements Automate and implement tool chain for quality and productivity improvement Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Android AOSP build system. Strong experience in framework and HAL development. Strong experience in communication protocol such as CAN and Ethernet Strong experience in C++, Linux Should have exposure to working in embedded system Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture principles Supporting Skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong Knowledge on Yocto / Android / QNX systems Strong Knowledge on Embedded systems Experience in configuration management, change management methodologies Points which will make you stand out Good knowledge of Automotive system architecture Experience in AD / ADAS feature development in MBD / C / C++ Good understanding of various Automotive Software components Good Knowledge of E / E architecture, AD, ADAS, Cockpit Qualifications SOFT SKILLS Customer face skills Self- confidence and a passion for quality Great team player and must be self-motivated and able to work with cross functional team Excellent communication Ability to lead technical and process issues within a Project Team environment Strong oral and written communication.
